Today in math we learnt to

• Find a fraction of a number 
• Percentages 
• Find a percentages of a number 

Finding a percentages of a number
If we want to find a percentages of a number , we must convert it ether to a fraction or a decimal
Then we use MULTIPLACTION

Finding a fraction of a number
To find a fraction of a number we divide the number by the bottom of a fraction and multiply it by the top
Eg: 3/8 of 32

Percentages
Percentages as a fraction are always out of 100%
Eg: 35% means 35/100
when we convert percentages we multiply by 100%
Eg:  50 out of 100

Macaroni and Cheese

Step 1 - Cook Macaroni pasta until soft then

drain the Macaroni under cold water 

start on the white sauce to make the white sauce you need to  

Step 2 - Dice the onion with butter until the onion is soft,

 1/2 cup of plain flour then dice the ham 

Therefor you add the cheese together with the Ham,Butter,Flour,and Onion in the same pan 

Once you have done that put everything in a backing tray 

and put it in the oven until the top goes golden! 

Making this today was really fun but challenging because 

the onion was hurting my eyes and 

it was making me eyes cry ahahah ! other then that it was amazing and a really fun time cooking today 

Made In Taiwan

The main purpose of Nathan and Oscar trip was to find out the true history of where
the Polynesia migrated from.Therefore they travelled to various islands, and ended up in Taiwan.They met a lady named Niwa. She  has a Maori name but is Polynesian, she also is a high school Teacher.Niwa took the boys to her village and her villagers did a dance similiar to the Maori haka. This was one of the similarities Oscar compared Taiwan and New Zealand with. They visited a musuem in Taiwan, which had a lot of Polynesian culture and history.This evidence influenced Oscar that Polynesia were migrated from Asia. I think that this evidence is true and that Polynesia did come from Asia. The evidence is very interesting cause an Asian country that has Polynesia in parts of their country.

Today we made pancakes it is an easy and basic recipe to do the end of it should taste nice and delicious 

Maths

Over the past 3 weeks so far i learnt the operation,operations are the four basic in maths they are:Addition, Subtraction,Multiplication,Divison I also looked more into the power of ,Roots ,Exponents and many more.

My class mates help me by giving me an example,Hints but if they gave me the answer i still wouldnt get it because all i know is the answer and i dont know how to work it out

I would like to learn a NZCEA standard so i get more familiar with the above standard work and quality therefore it will be easy for me to get credits.

Cooking Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad Instructions

1. 2 cups of water into the pot and boil
2. Add pasta and cook until soft, add corn
3. Drain under cool water us

Second Set of Instructions:

1. Dice onions and fry until cook
2. Add the ham
3. Cool it down

Combine everything and mix it with mayo.

Serve on white small bowl.
